What we collect when you book, and what happens to it.
What we collect. When you book, we collect your name, phone number, pickup and destination addresses, travel date and time, and any flight number or notes you choose to give us. That is all we ask for and all we keep.
Why. To quote the trip, to confirm it, to find you on the day, and to track your flight if you gave us the number.
Who sees it. The driver handling your trip. We do not sell booking information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it. Booking records are retained for normal business and tax purposes, then deleted.
Website measurement. This site may use standard analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. That data is aggregated and is not tied to your booking.
Changing or deleting your details. Call 757-335-6034 and ask. We will update or remove your information.
