The arrangement between us when you book a ride.
Bookings. A trip is confirmed once we have quoted a price and you have accepted it. Until then it is a request.
Pricing. Quoted prices are flat and fixed for the trip described. Material changes to the trip — a different destination, an added stop, more riders than booked — may change the price, and we will tell you before the ride rather than after.
Cancellations. Cancel with reasonable notice and there is no charge. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.
Delays. We track flights and adjust pickups for delays at no cost. We cannot be responsible for missed flights caused by conditions outside our control, including weather, road closures, and security queues — which is why we build buffer into every pickup time.
Luggage and passengers. Vehicles carry up to six riders with luggage. Tell us in advance about oversized items, car seats, or accessibility needs so the right vehicle arrives.
Conduct. Drivers may decline or end a trip where behaviour is unsafe or illegal.
